The competition is for a contract for the delivery of a new diesel driven three-axle lorry with a hook lift and three-axle hook slip tow, wagon trains with a total weight of 50 tonnes. The wagon trains will be procured through a 6 year leasing agreement at the contracting authority's leasing company. The procurement ́s joint value is considered above the EEA threshold. See Annex 1 - requirement specifications for further information. The contracting authority would like quick delivery and tenderers with a service base in Nordfjord. The contract will be signed in accordance with Annex 3 'Contract Draft'.
