10-year framework agreement with one supplier for (i) the supply of 3 (three) submerged combustion soft water heaters (“BUH’s”), with a view of preheating the sea water before being pumped to the Open Rack Vaporizers used to regasify the LNG stored in the Terminal, and (ii) the provision of maintenance services and the supply of spare parts after commissioning of the BUH’s.
