10-year framework agreement with one supplier for (i) the supply of up to 3 (three) Open Rack Vaporizers (“ORV’s”), with a view of regasifying the LNG stored in the Zeebrugge LNG Terminal at minus 160°C, by heating it with seawater, and (ii) the provision of maintenance services and the supply of spare parts after commissioning of the ORV’s.
