Project management and administrative services for regulating and engineering design of residential units at Døli nursing and welfare centre.

Description du marché

Nittedal-eiendom KF (the contracting authority) shall build approx. 50 residential units with the accompanying common areas, areas for home care, day centres and car parks. The building shall be connected to Døli nursing and welfare centre. The target group is inhabitants with a comprehensive need for health and care services and all residential units shall be constructed with an option to safeguard nursing home standards. The residential units shall have flexibility that enables rent conditions and services provided as home services, or service level with nursing home standards. The building that shall be constructed is connected to an existing nursing home and it shall be an innovative system to get a greater degree of flexibility than the erection of a traditional nursing home building. The project is planned to be carried out as a turnkey contract. A development and engineering design group shall be procured parallel to this procurement.
