The successfully engaged Project Manager will be required provide technical due diligence on short listed properties and to coordinate the design team to complete design and procurement of the fit out works from inception, planning, tender and construction to completion and handover of the project. They will be required to administer and project manage all works contracts on behalf of the Contracting Authority within agreed costs and to certify that the works are completed in full compliance with the design, budget and all statutory obligations as they apply in Madrid, Spain.
