Project New Government Block Kjeller 2 with an option for the E-block - Qualification

Statsbygg is entering into a project stage 2 of the Project New Government Block contract for a turnkey contract with interaction for K212 Kjeller 2 with an option for the E-block.Kjeller 2 includes the basement in a zone between the A-block and Ring 1 and Møllergata. The area is approx. 10,000 m2. Kjeller 2 shall be constructed in the extension of the basement established in construction stage 1 and in a completed blasted, secured and sealed construction pit established by Veidekke via their contract for Ring 1 with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The basement areas include operational functions, areas for handling goods and waste, bicycle parking/cloakrooms, a basement under E-block and a rotund area for access to areas in Basement 2 and areas established in construction stage 1. Kjeller 2 can access via a culvert from Møllergata. The bicycle parking shall be established in a zone over Ring 1 after the Norwegian Public Roads Administration has altered (lowered) Ring 1.Over K212 Basement 2, park and urban areas shall be constructed in contract K213 The agreement includes the following options: E-block Adapted technical and structural furnishing of the E-basement for a possible E-block route areas around the E-block Service agreements Transverse systems.
