The proposed development will provide for a science and technology-based HQ office building of 4 storeys over basement with a gross floor of circa 5,818 sq.m connecting to the existing building B11 via a glazed elevated link bridge. Extensive site infrastructure, landscaping and paving works externally including realignment of the existing site access road and boundary treatments to adjacent properties. This contract will provide for the fully weathered grey box building including all enabling works, incoming utilities and M+E services to cores.
