As the county tourism marketing and development company, Carlow Tourism is responsible for the delivery of an annual marketing programme that includes digital marketing, print assets, radio advertising, PR and trade and consumer fair attendance. In this regard, Carlow Tourism is seeking a competent service provider for the preparation, design and implementation of a digital marketing and radio advertising campaign for Carlow Tourism. This RFT has been prepared for the purpose of providing certain information to economic operators interested in participating in this public procurement competition for the Services described herein to be provided to Carlow Tourism. Carlow Tourism intends to establish a single party framework for the provision of the Collective Marketing Campaign and invites tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services more particularly described in this RFT.
