Provision of Guard Vessels

TenneT is looking for reliable, trustworthy and highly professional providers of Class B and Class C Guard Vessels (GV) and their respective crews to conclude a service framework contract for the duration of 3 years (+2 +2 years as options = 7 years max.). For the specific tasks, the Client distinguishes between and requires GV of Class B (max. speed min. 15 knots) and Class C (max. speed min. 10 knots). The minimum requirement is a contractor fleet of at least 3 Guard Vessels for each Class: Class B (maximum speed of at least 15 knots): 3 vessels minimum within the fleet or in direct access. Class C (maximum speed of at least 10 knots): 3 vessels minimum within the fleet or in direct access. A guard vessel (GV) is required by safety regulations during various scenarios. The scope of work of the GV is to guard certain nearshore or offshore areas, e. g. during cable repairs, to protect unburied cables and joints, UXO locations or to guard a platform during outage of navigational lights or similar. The main activities of the GV are permanent observation of surrounding vessel traffic and to inform all vessels in the vicinity about the present activities or dangers via public broadcasts or by other visual and non-visual instructions within their guarding area. In order to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the client in the tender documents, it is mandatory to conclude a confidentiality Agreement as per "NDA" document provided for download via Mercell. After sending the NDA and a plausibility check by the Client, the Client will grant the interested parties access to the tender by Email. After registering for the tender at Mercell Source-to-Contract, you will find all tender documents for the call for competition phase as well as the offer phase under "Questionnaires", section "Call for Competition", question 1.2.1. The bidder can not deduce eligibility for participation only from signing and submitting the NDA. TenneT will only accept tenderers who successfully qualify during the call for competition phase to participate in the offer phase.
