Provision of mobile telephony services to EUSPA

The objective of this procurement is provision of mobile telephony services to EUSPA in the area of voice, SMS and data in the Czech Republic, in the period from 2025 until 2029, i.e. phone numbers with services associated to them, to be used by EUSPA staff members on their mobile phones. These services are to include a voice plan (allowing to place/receive calls with no limitation), a data plan (to allow access to internet), and sending/receiving SMS. Some of the numbers should allow data-only communications, to be used on tablets, laptops or similar devices, allocation of mobile data for internet connection from tablets, laptops, IoT devices or similar. All described services are to be provided via physical or virtual SIM (e-SIM). Number of current phone lines is approximately 140, while a potential growth in number of lines requested is foreseen.
