Provision of services for designing, conducting and reporting of a customer satisfaction survey to evaluate the level of satisfaction of a predefined group of stakeholders within the COST framework. The survey must take into consideration previous Customer Satisfaction Survey exercises, which took place in 2015/16 and in 2017/18, and additionally any modifications in the COST Action framework and other themes considered pertinent by the COST Association. The focus of this Survey is on the participants in the funding instrument of COST Actions and on both successful and unsuccessful proposers (applicants) for the COST Actions.
