This contract consists in the construction works for ‘the Development of Semi-Public Spaces in East Jerusalem”, in conformity with the conditions of these Tender Specifications.

1. BEIT HANINA AND NABI SAMUEL
Nabi Samuel Playground: This site involved a creation of a playground that will be used by the school and local community by adding some toys, flooring , urban furniture and a low fence with a gate. The works include providing an electric canopy for the school.
2. EZARIYEH: TRANSFORMATION WORKS OF EZARIYEH PUBLIC PARK
The site to be is to be transformed by maintenance/replacement of some of the furniture, floorings and fencing as well as providing a new cafeteria (container building), toilets units and providing shade. The space is managed by Al-Ezariyeh Municipality and Al-Ezariyeh Youth Club. It will be used by the local community (users of the park; children coming to the youth club and their families).
3. SILWAN
Lot 3A: JYCF playground:Works include internal rehabilitation of the playground and structural support for the first floor The works also include improving the external main facade of the building, relocating the toilets and the staircase inside the building, while creating a new music room in the ground floor. The space is managed by the JYCF organisation. It will be used by the local community coming to the center and the children of the nearby kindergarten.
