Bærum municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations (procedure in two stages/phases) for SSA-D, an IT service contract for the procurement of IT operational services for the customer ́s data centres with storage and networks/infrastructure. The contracting authority is open for tenderers who do not offer complete systems to use sub-suppliers or enter into partnership to offer the best solution to Bærum municipality. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with an operational supplier. We therefore encourage suppliers who only deliver parts of the scope to contact other possible actors so that they can together deliver the scope within the framework of the Competition Act.
