Helse Midt-Norge ́s technology company (Hemit) intends to procure a system for Service Management, a project for the implementation of this as well as management services in the contract period. The Service Management system shall include functionality for Hemit's case handling of cases from the users, internal operational and management processes, and a tool for keeping an overview of equipment, software and services. The solution shall assist improved customer service for Hemit's customers through: More user-friendly solutions for end-users and executive officers Improved overview of equipment, software and servicesRakers for cases, improved orchestration and automation by using artificial intelligence Improved case flow between the Customer and suppliers/collaboration partners The solution ́s flexibility in adapting to new and changed needs in the procured systems must provide the possibility for Hemit. after training included in the tenderer ́s deliveries, with their own employees can operate continual improvement and expand the platform's use to new areas, including with functionality for Low-Code/No-Code.
