The Norwegian Environment Agency invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for a contract for access to a quality system. The aim is to give employees in the Norwegian Environment Agency good overview of requirements and expectations that shall be complied with, and contribute to the directorate having good control that the requirements are complied with. The system shall ensure uniform practice and make it easy to identify deviations in accordance with the quality handbook and quality policy. The procurement of a off-the-shelf system as a quality system is a central part of the work in meeting the needs for quality work in the Norwegian Environment Agency. The service shall be a quality system that supports document management, process mapping and handling deviations and improvement proposals - in a uniform and integrated way. We shall procure a quality system that fulfils our need for good quality management now in the first phase and which in addition also has the potential to be integrated with and support several aspects of our performance management in the long term.
