The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit an application for prequalification in a competition with negotiations for the following services/projects: Framework agreement for mounting antennas and alterations to infrastructure. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has been given the task of assembling antennas, rebuilding infrastructure and expanding stations. The framework agreement will also include lifetime extension of buildings with subsequent securing requirements. Approx. 70 locations have been identified distributed nationwide. The locations have different systems that require varying extent and alterations. There will be several locations with inaccessible/challenging access. FMA is responsible for the material deliveries of the antennas, and there is close connection between the material delivery and this framework agreement. Work on the framework agreement will partly be financed by NATO, and NATO requirements will be made for the country of origin for material. The framework agreement will have a maximum duration of seven years and call-offs are planned for 10-12 locations per annum.
