Frontex is looking for a reliable, experienced real estate project management partner that can support Frontex facility management during all phases of real estate projects and have the ability to guide Frontex through real estate design and build projects in an integrated, end-to-end manner and within the established timelines, budgets, and quality agreements. Also help Frontex facility management respond to changing factors such as legislation, external events, crisis, trends, etc. that require an adaptation to the Frontex Properties. Also, Frontex facility management would like to be able to better respond to internal business requests or queries by having access to expert advisory services in the area of commercial office project and cost management and design.
