Irish Wheelchair Association IWA is seeking tenders for the provision of Recruitment Services for Energy Management Team to administer an end-to-end resourcing process to include source applications, attract and process applications, and communicate with candidates including feedback stage, for a National Energy and Sustainability Manager post for a fixed term contract of 3 years. The recruitment should be undertaken and awarded using a competency-based methodology, which will be in collaboration with IWA throughout the selection and interview process.
