The works involve the refurbishment of existing Changing Rooms with associated internal alterations including demolition of internal block and stud walls and a concrete staircase with fit out of new Changing Rooms including toilets, showers, wall and ceiling finishes, Changing Places facility and associated Mech and Elec works with new AHU to Changing and Admin areas. The rearrangement of new entrance Lobby with the construction of a front area with a canopy roof. Works to include Fire doors, smoke alarms emergency lighting etc. See tender drawings and specifications for further information. Please note the works must be completed by March 3rd 2025 in time for the 2025 Season otherwise penalties may be applied. A site visit is recommended and can be requested through the etenders Portal.
