Full refurbishment of an existing two-storey annex to the rear of a protected structure, City Lodge at teh Old Meath Hospital Campus, both the front and annex buildings of City Lodge are protected structures. The approx GIFA 385msq. The works when completed will provide office and meeting room accommodation for 33 no. staff and a new link with the existing font operational part of City Lodge. A full soft demolition and strip out of the existing building interior including minor structural demolition works to internal walls, concrete floor slabs, complete strip out of finishes, fixtures, fittings and furniture (loose/fixed) and strip out and removal of all redundant mechanical and electrical services. The existing roof is to be removed and reconstructed with new timber roof trusses. The lift/lift pit is to be replaced and upgraded. Siteworks including soft landscaping, perimeter decorative gravel drains, existing bitumen road surface to be resurfaced, new kerbing. Site services including trenching/ducting of foul/storm mains and electrical services
