This PIN is connected to PMC 4048615. OPW propose to conduct a single stage (Open) procedure for the purposes of establishing a Regional Building Contractors framework which will comprise: • A suitability assessment based on pass/fail selection criteria including financial and technical capacity, and • Tender evaluation of suitable contractors based on prescribed award criteria, including quality and price Scope of the proposed framework will include but is not limited to • Energy upgrades / retrofits of existing buildings • Roof repairs • Window replacements / repairs • Mechanical & Electrical Works • Extensions • Fit Outs / Refurbishments • External Works • Works to protected structures • Works to occupied buildings • Works to secure buildings e.g. Court House, Garda Stations etc The framework will be divided into lots.
