Remote assessment of English language skills

The subject of the contract is provision of remote English language testing services for recruitment candidates to Frontex, it’s staff members and other personnel providing services for Frontex. The main objectives of the contract are: - to provide a solution for a remote assessment of all general English language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing at a all levels CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). The proposed solution must provide remote automated proctoring/monitoring services. - to provide a designated administration system and support desk (advisable the support team should be exclusive for only this task; and using automated user-friendly helpdesk system for ticket tracking). - to provide a comprehensive online support and a user friendly and EU DP compliant registration and administration system to users and Frontex, including bulk registration, administration and reporting.
