Renovation Sten-Tærud - Partnering Contract

Lillestrøm municipality, c/o the Property Department, shall renovate the brick buildings, including the gymnasium and swimming pool at Sten-Tærud school. The "small school" shall be demolished when the rehabilitation is completed. The "small school" shall be used as a temporary school in combination with pavilions during the construction period. Sten-Tærud is a 2 parallel 1st - 10th year school, which shall be transformed into a 2 parallel 1st - 7th year school. The school is located in Gjoleidveien 21 at Skedsmokorset, and the buildings consist of two brick buildings in the west of the site, and the Lilleskolen in the far east of the site. A feasibility study was prepared autumn 2023 which will form the basis for alterations and renovation of the buildings. According to the plan, the project shall be developed in collaboration. The implementation contract will be politically processed before the final signing.
