REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - Due diligence on-line tools and services

This is a request for information (“RFI”) for on-line tools and services enabling and facilitating due diligence investigations that Aalto University intends to carry out on its prospective and current partners in accordance with Aalto University’s internal compliance program. With this RFI Aalto University is seeking information on suppliers interested in delivering the on-line tools and services described in Annex 1 of this RFI. Annex 1 can be downloaded in Supplier Portal through the link specified in this RFI notice. Downloading the Annex requires registration and logging in to the Supplier Portal service. In case the supplier is unable to access the Supplier Portal, Annex 1 can be requested by sending e-mail to sampo.kukkonen@aalto.fi. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS RFI We request you to inform us about your interest to participate in this RFI on or before Friday 14 March 2025 at 17:00 EET by email to sampo.kukkonen@aalto.fi and mirva.sorvoja@aalto.fi (Please use both names as recipients). Please use this subject in email: "RFI for due diligence on-line tools and services”. Please send the following information in your response: - Answers to the questions mentioned in Annex 1 (Description of the Service) - General presentation or brochures of your on-line tools and services - License model and pricing scheme for the on-line tools and services - General terms and conditions or other contract terms applicable for contracting with you - Other information you consider beneficial for Aalto University for the purposes of this RFI NEXT STEPS Upon receiving the participation email, Aalto University will review the response and contact the interested participants. Aalto University reserves the right to invite suppliers for further discussions regarding this RFI to obtain information to necessary extent on market and suppliers providing relevant on-line tools and services, give out information regarding the needs of Aalto University and to clarify any issues related to the object of the contemplated procurement. NOTE This is NOT a prior information notice, a procurement notice nor an invitation to tender. The information provided by Aalto University is preliminary and it is subject to change. This RFI also does not oblige Aalto University to carry out any procurement process. The decision on initiating a procurement process is made later. This notification and/or answering to it do not create any obligations for Aalto University or for those who choose to answer to it. Aalto University does not pay any compensation for taking part to this RFI. Taking or not taking part in the RFI does not affect the supplier’s status in the possible procurement process.
