1. IntroductionEvida Service A/S, the Buyer, hereby invites interested participants in the market to engage in a market dialogue aimed at gathering input for upcoming tender processes concerning compressor service and the procurement of gas compressors for the Danish gas distribution network.2. Content of dialogueCompressor servicesThe Buyer wishes to procure maintenance services related to Preventive Maintenance Work and Repair Work of the Buyer’s existing 103 Fornovo Gas, 5 Neuman & Esser, 5 KwangShin and 2 ABC gas biomethane injection compressors. The compressors are used for controlling the pressure when channelingbiomethane gas between the low-pressure network of 4 or 7 bar(g) to the high-pressure gasnetwork of 19 to 80 bar(g).The compressors are placed at different biogas plant sites around Jutland, Funen, Zealand, and islands connected to the mainland by bridge. At most sites, two or more compressors are installed to make failover possible and to mitigate the immediate impact in case of unplanned stops and/or breakdowns.Maintenance services entail the Supplier’s performance of Preventive Maintenance Work according to the compressor manufacturer’s service schedule (planned maintenance) and execution of Repair Work on request by the Buyer (unplanned stops and/or breakdowns).The demand for service is expected to increase in the coming years as compressors continue to age and the share of biogas in the gas grid is expected to grow. The share of biogas is projected to meet the entirety of Danish gas consumption by 2030, up from 38% in 2023.Evida Services foresee the need for new service providers in the market to meet the demands of the Danish DSO and similar players in the Nordic region. We encourage market participants in neighboring countries with expertise in compressor services to express their interest and outline the conditions required to enter the market and establish operations in Denmark.Spare parts – part of service or separate lotEvida Service A/S is also seeking information on how to support the services with the supply of spare parts and consumables for gas compressors used in our operations.Currently, Evida Services A/S has a safety stock and the compressor service providers include exchange of spare parts as part of their services. We are considering alternative sourcing models including tendering spare parts in separate lots and different ways of operating the stock or inventories, e.g. VMI or consignment stock.In addition to this the reuse of OEM in terms of refurbished spare parts is also to be considered in order to meet the high demand to reduce waste.The spare parts - OEM and refurbished – in consideration are amongst others: - Valves (intake, discharge, safety) - Bearings and bushings - Seals (oil seals, gas seals) - Pistons and rings - Gaskets and O-rings - Lubrication systems components3. Purpose of the market dialogueThe purpose of the market dialogue is to ensure that Evida A/S has an updated overview of the opportunities offered by the market, as well as to ensure that the future tender conditions are aligned with the market's capacity and competencies.This RFI is issued to gather comprehensive information on market capabilities and available products to help define the requirements for the upcoming formal procurement process. It does not constitute a solicitation for offers or a promise to issue a tender. Participation in this RFI is non-binding and will not affect the eligibility of suppliers for future tenders.4.
