Request for Information New Security Screening Systems at Keflavik Airport (KEF)

As the existing security screening systems for passengers at KEF are approaching the end of their recommended lifecycle, Isavia intends to explore new solutions and the procurement of new systems. Isavia would like to gain a better understanding of solutions available in the market in this context. As part of future terminal expansions at KEF, there is also a potential need for new staff & crew checkpoint security screening systems at KEF. This may become part of the requirements enclosed and further defined as additional procurement options in the contract. Submissions and all communications shall be submitted via Isavia´s tender portal (https://utbod.isavia.is/aspx/Home) before the submission deadline 20th of June 2025 at 12:00 PM (GMT Icelandic local time). Participants can send in their responses at any time before the submission deadline expires. Isavia will review responses as soon as they are received.
