This notice does not constitute a contract notice or a call for tenders, nor does its publication constitute an invitation to tender. This is a pre-announcement of a future acquisition. The advance notice is accompanied by a market survey/information request, allowing interested companies to engage in a technical dialogue on procurement with the contracting entity. The purpose of the information request is to identify solutions on the market and to obtain comprehensive information on them in order to carry out the competitive tendering process under preparation as appropriately as possible. Responding to a request for information is not a prerequisite for participation in a competitive bidding process and does not affect the position of the tenderer in it. The elements set out in the request for information are preliminary and may change as the preparation of the procurement progresses. The target of the acquisition is an automatic analyzer for cereal seed samples taken for seed certification. The analyzer is used for sorting out other seeds and trash from pure seed. The device is able to process multiple samples automatically in a row. The target of the acquisition includes seed analyzer device with firmware, software licence, device installation, fault repairs and annual maintenance in accordance with the device manufacturer's annual maintenance protocol, including spare parts and software updates, as well as commissioning training. The financing arrangements of the acquisition make use of Hansel Oy's framework agreement for leasing services.
