Request for information (RFI) - New government joint agreement for telephony services.

Statens innkjøpssenter has initiated a procurement process for a new joint contract for telephony services, which shall replace the current contract from May 2027. The joint agreement will include mobile telephony, landline, mobile broadband, company network, telephone exchange systems etc. The joint agreement shall ensure government entities access to modern, cost efficient and robust telephony services that support digital interaction, high uptime and secure communication. Due to stand-by considerations, the need will be covered through access to two independent mobile networks. Two joint agreements will therefore be signed, one of which is the primary supplier and one is a secondary supplier.
