OsloMet would like inputs before the procurement notice for the provisional requirement table. We also receive questions and input related to the assignment. Are there requirements in the table that are unclear, if so which ones? 2. What about the time horizon – is it realistic? 3. What clarifications, resources, access to systems, decisions and assistance will be required from the Contracting Authority to carry out the assignment within the sketched time? 4. Is it appropriate to have requirements for NOARK, any other format, for the registration of materials where there is no electronic record? What other format could be relevant? 5.
