This is not a request for quotation but rather a survey of potential suppliers and products available, to get additional information suppliers capable of delivering the chemicals/products described in this information request. VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd (VTT) is the leading research and technology company in the Nordic countries. More information about VTT: www.vttresearch.com. The object of this information request is Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) used in PECVD and LPCVD thin film deposition systems (3equipment) in VTT's microelectronics cleanroom located in Espoo Finland. More information: https://www.vttresearch.com/en/ourservices/micronova-sustainable-multi-user-semiconductor-rd-piloting-environment VTT is currently using Tetraethyl Orthosilicate (TEOS) in containers of 1 kg, 1,5 kg and 17,4 kg specific for the tool. Total volume is about 30 kg/year. With this information request VTT inquires your opinion about the following: - Your capability to sell products/chemicals described above, - Description of the products/chemicals with Certificate of analysis for the chemicals, - Containers available, - Possibility to refilling system, - Delivery times, - Pricing (pricing model).
