Telemark county shall procure competence brokers as a part of the project "FORREGION-Telemark", which shall motivate sustainable restructuring of and increased value creation in the business sector. A competence broker shall assist businesses in their innovation work, including assisting businesses in connecting with research institutions that can contribute to financing innovation work. The four regions are: • Grenland • Mid-Telemark • East Telemark • West Telemark The team of competence brokers ought to have competence within one or several of the following areas: • Climate, energy and the environment • Health and life sciences • Culture, tourism and experiences Framework agreements shall be signed for each of the four regions, with 1 sub-contract per region. It is up to the tenderer to submit tenders for one or several sub-contracts. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer per year in Mid-Telemark, West Telemark and East Telemark. region. A framework agreement with a minimum of 1 and maximum 2 sub-contracts in Grenland shall be signed. tenderers provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tender offers. The distribution of assignments between the framework agreement parties will occur in accordance with the distribution mechanism described in Annex A - Requirement Specification.
