Description: A full services contract for a nursing home at Nauthólsvegur 50 that will provide long-term medical and personal care to individuals who can no longer live independently. The nursing home will have room for up to 87 residents, but with the possibility of an increase. A rental contract for the property is included and will be awarded to the contracting party and will be funded separately. Estimated duration: 5 years, with the possibility of an extension. The contract period will be extended if both parties agree to renew the contract after the 5 year contract period.
