Resource management and planning system as a service

The objective of the procurement is to get access to a system that shall contribute to increasing the quality of the management/planning and operation of resources, work assignments and service production for the departments that use the system. The aim is also that we use fewer people to make the actual planning and that we use the resources better, so the system is expected to support this. The assignments the system shall be able to plan include both production assignments (service customers through case handling, support, trial guards etc.) and support assignments (course and competence lift for own employees, regular meetings, post education etc.).
