Review of Riksteatret

The Ministry of Culture and Equality would like a review of Riksteatret's activities. The aim of the review is to look at Riksteatret's role and function in a total performing arts field and assess how the current national theatre model responds to the needs and challenges that are present in the field. The review shall form the basis for further development of Riksteatret's organisation and assignments in the performing arts field. The assignment also includes an evaluation of quality and resource use in Riksteatret ́s activities, in line with previous evaluations of music and performing art establishments. The evaluation shall provide knowledge on resource utilisation, goal achievement and performance at the organisation for the period 2018-2024. The evaluation shall be a part of the knowledge basis for the total review of the theatre and it shall be prepared as a separate sub-delivery. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 1.3 million excluding VAT to NOK 1.8 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
