Reviews as knowledge basis for concept development for increased quality in distance learning in Sami.

The objective of the procurement is to update our knowledge basis for the challenge picture when it comes to remote learning in Sami. In order to provide a total, comprehensive and updated problem and needs description that identifies causation, we would like to carry out two reviews in autumn 2024, with a focus on the A) actor picture and finances in the distance learning market, and B) the pupils ́ user experience of quality in distance learning in Sami. The contract ́s value is estimated to NOK 3 million excluding VAT for the main assignment. In addition an option can be taken up with a cost limit of NOK 1 million excluding VAT. The Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training reserves the right to political decisions that can lead to changes in the scope of the assignment.
