RFI: Coffee machines with and without accessories and any water systems for OsloMet.

Introduction: OsloMet plans to implement a new procurement for the purchase or hire of coffee machines. The agreement shall include delivery and assembly of the coffee machines, operation and service, as well as any procurement of coffee/accessories for the machines. OsloMet would also like to map whether it is possible to have an option/sub-contract for water systems, cf. question 6. OsloMet hereby invites potential suppliers to answer some questions related to this procurement. We would like written responses and input on possibilities. The aim of the market dialogue is to get a better understanding of the possibilities that can be found in the market before we shall implement a new procurement. Description of the current system: OsloMet currently has a separate contract for the hire of coffee machines and the procurement of coffee and accessories. The machines are located in most of the buildings at Campus Pilestredet and Campus Kjeller. OsloMet also has its own systems for cold water with/without gas, but this is not currently in the same agreement. OsloMet ́s wants and needs at the current time: OsloMet would like to map the market before the procurement. We would like to know the following: 1. Is it possible to buy the coffee machines? Or do you have to hire the coffee machines? 2. Do you offer service and maintenance agreements regardless of whether you buy or hire the coffee machines? 3. Do coffee and accessories for the machines be purchased from you/the chosen supplier? Or can one use separate agreements for the purchase of coffee for the machines? 4. OsloMet would like different coffee machines: - Coffee machines milling coffee beans (capacity for serving at least 100 cups per day) - In addition we would like machines that can serve coffee frequently and quickly to large seminars and courses. This will probably involve a different solution than coffee beans (e.g. powder/concentrate/malt/filter). 5. How often can you offer service/maintenance, including cleaning of the machines? - For example, do you offer weekly dry cleaning of the coffee machines? 6. Do you offer your own solutions for cold water with/without gas/carbon dioxide. This can be on the same coffee machine or two different machines. The received response will only be used for mapping the market. New insights will make us better able to design the tender documentation and the best possible subsequent deliveries.
