Statens innkjøpssenter c/o the Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) intends to enter into an agreement for the interaction platform. Statens innkjøpssenter is entering into and administering governmental joint agreements. Statens innkjøpssenter currently administers a large number of joint contracts within 18 contract areas on behalf of approx. 190 government entities. The entities have approx. 130,000 employees and are different in size, number of employees, sector, core activity and have different organisation. The turnover through the joint agreements is approx. NOK 1.85 billion per annum. Statens innkjøpssenter has growth ambitions and several procurement processes and agreements are expected in the future. A possible pilot scheme is being worked on, in which 15 counties and 357 municipalities will be able to join the joint agreements for Statens innkjøpssenter. Through the interaction platform, Statens innkjøpssenter would like to interact with entities that are included in the procurement scheme and tenderers on signed joint agreements. The aim of this prior information notice is to establish an early dialogue with the market connected to the Government Procurement Centre ́s needs and challenges. The objective of feedback from the market is to ensure that the procurement provides as much coverage as possible and target achievement, as well as reducing the risk for both Statens innkjøpssenter and tenderers in the procurement. Statens innkjøpssenter would like to use this RFI to: • Identify potential interaction platforms in the market. • gain insight into available functionality in the different systems. • gain insight into the limitations connected to the different systems All replies to this RFI are answered in forms.
