ABOUT THE RFI Yle is preparing a public procurement process concerning a solution for exploratory analytics, with a particular focus on user journey tracking, behavioural segmentation, and insight-driven decision-making. The solution is expected to serve multiple user groups, including analysts, product managers, and decision makers, by enabling accessible, self-service analysis and shared understanding of audience behaviour across teams. The aim of this Request for Information (RFI) is to engage in early-stage dialogue with relevant solution providers and to collect information to support the design and scoping of the forthcoming procurement. This initiative forms part of Yle’s broader effort to modernise its digital analytics capabilities in alignment with the company’s data strategy and commitment to privacy-first principles. The object of the procurement is described in detail in the Appendix 1. The preliminary technical requirements are listed in the appendix 2. - - - - - INTERESTED? Interested suppliers are invited to take part in the market dialogue by sending a request to participate by email to tarjoukset.yle(at)yle.fi at latest by 2nd of June 2025. In case you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please include a description or additional appendices covering the following topics in your email: 1. Description of the solution you provide, including a description of which key features are included in your solution 2. A short company presentation, including the size of the company in terms of revenue and number of employees. 3. Your previous experience and few appropriate reference cases. 4. Description of your licence and pricing model 5. Description of your cyber security policies and continuity planning 6. Description of your GDPR policies We look forward to your replies. Kindly note that we will review the answers as soon as they are received and in case Yle decides to have meetings or short discussions with a few suppliers, we’ll try to send the invitations as soon as possible or during June 2025 at the latest. The agenda will focus on how your solution could fit our needs. - - - - - NOTE: With this EU Prior information notice Yle is not asking for offers. Also, it is not necessary for a supplier to participate in the market dialogue in order to later participate in the procurement procedure. Neither does participation in the market dialogue bind the supplier to participate in the procurement procedure. The purpose of this RFI is to collect information from the market and inform companies of the upcoming procurement. With this RFI you are invited to take part in the market dialogue. The description and object of the RFI are preliminary and Yle will specify the needs and objectives of the procurement in the final invitation to tender. Yle will treat responses to RFI as confidential and all material provided for the RFI will be kept confidential and only for Yle's internal use.
