Troms County invites tenderers to a written market dialogue for the environment in the planned framework agreement for furniture and fixtures. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure efficient and easy access to office and school furniture and fixtures, which are at the same time environmentally friendly and contribute to circular economy. There will be, among other things, high requirements for functionality, lifetime and environmental impact. The procurement is in a preparatory phase and the contracting authority would like to map the market ́s maturity in order to deliver green and circular furniture. The mapping is mainly related to Environment labelled new furnitureUse furniture Repair services for furnitureFor orientation, the RFI is an initial mapping of the thematic environment in furniture and fixtures. The theme will be followed up further in the preparation phase, for example, through a dialogue with the tenderers and the tender documentation for a hearing. Interested tenderers are invited to answer questions related to the environment in the framework agreement, as well as fill in a cancellation table. The response deadline is 12:00 Wednesday 23 October 2024.
