This notice is not a pre-notice, a procurement notice, an invitation to tender or an invitation to a negotiation procedure nor will this publication of a notice open a call for tenders. This is a request for information (RFI) / notification of a technical dialogue to identify markets and prepare for possible tendering. Veikkaus may use technical dialogue responses in the planning of a future procurement. Responding to an RFI and participation in a dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation on any future tendering process, nor is it binding the participants involved. No compensation will be paid to those involved in the RFI.
