The Norwegian Government Agency for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) has a central role in ensuring good financial management in the government. To achieve this, it is crucial to have efficient systems for analysis and reporting, which give government entities good insight into financial data, enable precise budgeting, and ensure that public funds are used responsibly and purposefully. In order to meet the increasing requirements for insight, transparency and effective financial management in our customers ́ entities, we would like to look at the possibility of acquiring a new report and analysis tool that not only covers the current need, but also opens up new possibilities in the future. The solution should be more than just a tool for reporting - it should function as a strategic platform for insight and decision support. The aim is to offer a system that gives our customers access to precise, updated and relevant management data - presented in a way that is intuitive and understandable, both for financial workers and for managers without expertise. A central ambition is to make advanced analysis available to more people, thereby facilitating data-driven decisions at all levels in the organisation. In order to achieve this we need a flexible and scalable system that can handle different reporting needs, adapted to different roles and mature in line with our customers ́ development.
