OBJECT OF THE RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in a market dialogue regarding solutions for rundown and script management. Suppliers can offer solutions independently or combined. The procurement description is detailed in the document "RFI, Rundown and Script Management." Yle is Finland's national public service media organization, offering broadcast, online, and VOD content. Invitation to Market Dialogue Yle seeks to enhance user experience and workflow compatibility in rundown and script management, used by approximately 1,000 users, including journalists, editors, and producers. Through this RFI, Yle aims to explore modern tools and deepen understanding of possible solutions. Yle's toolset includes video and graphic material management, studio automation, material management and playout systems. The goal is to implement story-centric workflows, integrating story planning with rundown and script management seamlessly. Schedule Interested suppliers should express interest via email to tarjoukset.yle(at)yle.fi by Monday, June 2nd, 2025. Yle may conduct meetings with select suppliers during June 2025. The RFP is anticipated for autumn 2025. OTHER MATTERS With this EU Prior information notice Yle is not asking for offers. Also, it is not necessary for a supplier to participate in the market dialogue in order to later participate in the procurement procedure. Neither does participation in the market dialogue bind the supplier to participate in the procurement procedure. The purpose of this RFI is to collect information from the market and inform companies of the upcoming procurement. With this RFI you are invited to take part in the market dialogue. The description and object of the RFI are preliminary and Yle will specify the needs and objectives of the procurement in the final invitation to tender. Yle will treat responses to RFI as confidential and all material provided for the RFI will be kept confidential and only for Yle's internal use.
