BakgrunnLunera Energi is a newly established energy company consisting of district heating in Trondheim and Stjørdal. The entities were previously owned by Statkraft Varme, but were sold in December 2025 and Lunera Energi now consists of two legal entities: Lunera Energi AS and Stjørdal District Heating AS. As a result of the sale, Lunera Energi is in an establishment and transition phase, where the company will gradually build its own agreements and systems, and at the same time phase out contract terms that are currently owned by Statkraft, but which Lunera Energi temporarily uses. In this transition phase Lunera Energi would like to obtain information from the market on which systems can be offered for competition implementation and contract administration, in order to gain better insight into available systems, delivery models and the recommended contract structure before a procurement.
