In summary, the Services comprise: The provision of Agency Staff to the Houses of the Oireachtas Catering Facilities. For the purposes of this tender “Agency Recruitment – Catering Services” are defined as: the provision by a recruitment agency of agency personnel on a temporary basis to supplement core catering, kitchen and bar staff as and when required.
