Gegenstand von Los 1 ist die Entwicklung, Herstellung und Lieferung von funktionsgetes-teten UHF-Transceiver-Modulen für die Kommandierung und den Telemetrie-Download (TT&C) der Satelliten. Als optionale Erweiterung umfasst die Ausschreibung zusätzlich die Entwicklung, Herstel-lung und Lieferung von S-Band-Transmitter-Modulen für den Nutzdaten-Downlink. Grund-lage der Entwicklung sind vorhandene Elektronik-Designs der Vorgängerprojekte (UHF-Transceiver "UCOM" und S-Band-Transmitter "SCOM"), die analysiert, überarbeitet und in eine modulare Bauform überführt werden sollen. Die optionale Erweiterung ist zwingender Bestandteil des Angebots und von allen Bietern anzubieten. Die Auftraggeberin (AG) behält sich vor, die optionale Leistung bei Zuschlagserteilung oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt während der Vertragslaufzeit abzurufen. Ein Anspruch auf Beauftragung der optionalen Leistung besteht nicht. Gegenstand von Los 2 ist die Beratung zu einer Empfangsantenne für das S-Band und das ADS-B-Band für die Spektralanalyse-Nutzlast der Mission RACCOON IOD sowie die Erbrin-gung flexibel abrufbarer HF-Beratungsleistungen (u. a. Antennenverkopplung auf dem Satelliten, GNSS-basierte Zeitsynchronisation, RF-Frontend, EMV und Antennenvermessung). / The subject of Lot 1 is the development, manufacture and supply of function-tested UHF transceiver modules for the command and telemetry download (TT&C) of the satellites. As an optional extension, the tender also includes the development, manufacture and supply of S-band transmitter modules for the payload data downlink. The development is based on existing electronic designs of the predecessor projects (UHF transceiver "UCOM" and S-band transmitter "SCOM"), which are to be analyzed, revised and converted into a modular design. The optional extension is a mandatory part of the offer and must be offered by all bid-ders. The subject of Lot 2 is the consulting on a receiving antenna for the S-band and the ADS-B-band for the spectral analysis payload of the RACCOON IOD mission as well as the pro-vision of flexibly callable RF consulting services (including antenna coupling on the satellite, GNSS-based time synchronization, RF frontend, EMC and antenna measurement).
