Oslo Havn KF(HAV) would like to go for a direct procurement with FDVhuset AS for the delivery of drawings, BIM models and "Digital twin" for our building objects in FAMAC. HAV will have strict requirements for; - Drawings and models right down to cm level. - Cross sections, facades and sheet drawings. - Digital twin model must be able to deliver "POI" for systems, so that MOM documentation from FAMAC and directly into the twin can be connected. One should be able to be in the twin and press the relevant system and then end up on the right side in FAMAC (system level in FAMAC). - We will demand good and solid references for the delivery of equivalent products in FAMAC. - Seamless connection between FAMAC and digital twin. Complete drawings for using FAMAC ́s "MOM drawings" in the system. - The scanning shall be geo-referencing. The contract will be signed 27.01.25.
