The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI), hereafter called the contracting authority, shall award a licence for the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration ́s lawyer scheme for asylum seekers and invites lawyers to apply for a service concession. The notice includes both lawyers connected to the regional lawyer lists and the law guard scheme. This is a new notice for a service concession for the lawyer scheme. Lawyers who are in the current scheme must now re-apply. The contracting authority intends to enter into a service concession contract with relevant applicants starting after the award.
