Service system for ticketing on board the bus. Skyss needs to procure a service system/service panel with the accompanying printer, which shall be used by bus drivers in buses for ticketing, and would like input from possible suppliers of the service solution described below. Skyss plans to procure between 180 and 230 units with touch panel and the accompanying receipt printer. Delivery by 1 October 2024 at the latest. Operating system •Android Power supply • Must be able to drive on 12v and 24v DC • Power supply must have a mechanism for locking the power socket in the control panel. Building Quality • Robust design suitable for use in public transport • Operational temperature: Minimum -10 °C to +70 °C • Easy-to-install space saving system is considered advantageous. Control panel • Touch panel with colour screen • Certified in accordance with the ECE R10 standard. • Screen size: Between 8" and 11" • Resolution: Minimum 1024 x 600 • Brightness: Minimum 640 nits • Built-in GPS • Communication interface: o RJ45 or M12 D-code 4 pin o Bluetooth o WiFi • Support for MDM for simple administration • Delivered with a system for fixed installation in buses Processor and Memory • Sufficient memory and processing power to run Skyss android app for ticketing without the solution experiencing slow. Receipt printer • Thermal printer for issuing receipts • Support for 58 mm paper width • If the receipt printer is not integrated in the service panel: • Electricity supply: Must be able to run on 12v and 24v DC • Bluetooth connection to the control panel • Delivered with a system for fixed installation in buses • Preferably integrated printer. Delivery • Tenderers shall describe the terms for: o Guarantee o Deliveries of further units and spare parts • Foreign tenderers must deliver a system via a Norwegian dealer. • Delivery place vestland fylke and according to further agreement. Option Option for further deliveries if needed. The final number will be clarified during the competition phase.
