You are invited to quote for the provision of the following consultancy services from inception to completion (work stages i to v): Consultancy Services: • Civil and Structural engineering services • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services • Fire Safety engineering services • PSDP services • Assigned Certifier services • Technical Advisory Services 2 For (Project Name): Traveler Accommodation at ‘Lock Road’, Grange Castle West, Adamstown Road, Dublin 22. Stage: Development of the project from inception to planning stage and tender stage. It is intended that this housing project will be tendered as a contractor designed (design-build) project and post tender-stage the successful tenderer will be retained by SDCC to act as part of an architect led Technical Advisory (TA) team for construction and completion stages.
