This is a single-party framework and WDC seeks tenders from suitability experienced organisations to provide the services of a Marketing Agency. Please refer to the tender document and appendices for Instructions to Tender and a detailed Specification of Requirements. The successful tenderer will be required to: • Demonstrate that they can react to requirements in a timely manner • Immerse themselves in the requirements of the organisation, engaging at strategic and operational level to address the requirements of the organisation in a collaborative manner. • Provide consistency in service The framework agreement will be for an initial period of 24 months for the period from 14 April 2025 to end of March 2027 with an option to extend for a maximum period of up to one [1] year on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligation at law and budgetary restraints.
